When a user inserts a hyperlink in the CMP rich-text editor (within task briefs, content tabs, hypotheses, or campaign descriptions), each link defaults to opening in the current window, and any override must be applied manually on a link-by-link basis.

This creates several pain points:

• Users navigating CMP tasks or campaigns can lose their place when a link opens in the same tab, interrupting their workflow.
• Teams must individually remember and configure the "open in new window" option every time a link is added

We'd like to request the addition of a global default setting — configurable at the instance or organization level by a CMP administrator — that automatically sets all newly inserted hyperlinks to open in a new window or tab.
