Structured Content Formatting:
Structured Content Formatting. This is for the integration we have to Sprout Social. We need the Structured Content text field where we enter the text for the social post to be Rich Text format. We need to add line breaks in the text. And to add special characters so we can use #hashtags and @mentions.

This would be great for social content, especially since the preview option is not working. By keeping the formatting, we are able to have a better view of what the post will look like when it is published - line breaks, hashtags, CTA,etc. If we type directly in the platform, we are not able to include formatting - we are currently copying and pasting from word into Optimizely.

This feature would reduce duplicative work by another team member eliminating addtional editing of text of the post once it is in Sprout. And eliminating the potential for error on the Sprout side if the post is not edited correctly. We are trying to reduce 'friction' and back-and-forth reviews/approvals in the process. We want the post to be "good to go" in Optimizely before it gets to Sprout.
