Describe the challenge:
Since there is no time frame assigned to a task type when entering a request, the requester can make up any due date for any request great or small. Requesters are entering physically impossible turnaround times that are beyond realistic.

What impact is this challenge having?:
Have to go back to the requester and tell them how long the project is actually going to take and explain the overall process timeline including the proofing process. Need to do this on most requests, which is north of 20 times a day and takes up way too much time.

What does good look like?:
This function would be automated like it is in a tool such as Workfront.
