Consistent Display of Asset File Format Across All CMP DAM Views
As a content editor working daily in CMP DAM, I need to quickly identify and select the correct asset based on file format, since some file format uses lossy compression.
Currently, the file format is only visible in Grid View and is missing in List, Category, and Detail Views, which makes asset selection unreliable and inefficient.
My goal is to have the file format clearly and consistently displayed in all views, so assets can be confidently selected.

Read only taxonomy field
We need to, via API, create a bespoke unique identifier for each newly created asset and store that in the taxonomy. Once entered in the taxonomy the value should not be editable. This ensures that published assets, especially printed ones, can always be identified by this field.

Ai tagging
When loading assets via a task, the ai tagging should be applied to those assets. Currently we need to click a button to apply ai tags to each asset individually.

'File formats' filters showing irrelevant formats
'File formats' is a default filter within the CMP. for folders, collections, assets. However, the fact that it shows file formats that do not apply to our content is confusing and misleading for users.
Is there any way this can only show our content formats, instead of all formats that do not apply to us? Or is there any way I can delete some of the formats that appear as default?

Search in CMP Plan
We have a large team running lots of campaigns at the same time. However, when you use the search function in the Plan module of CMP, it treats each word as a separate value and not a phrase. For example, if I search "Content Migration" in an attempt to pull up a campaign of that name, I get everything that has either "content" or "migration" in the title but not "content migration" as a single phrase. It makes the search feature essentially useless and extremely cumbersome.

Edit Fields in DAM list view
The ability to edit fields inside the DAM list view like you can do in Plan list view will make field editing and updating much easier and faster.

Allow Basic Text Editor for Help Text Authoring
Role: Admin
Issue:
Currently, when authoring help text, there is no way to add a hyperlink.
Desired Outcome:
We'd like to be able to open up a simple WYSIWYG dialogue for Help Text that will allow a link title to be authored. If possible, we'd also like to have the option to bold, underline, and italicize text.Impact:
Currently, teams are not able to share critical information (that's in the form of a PDF or webpage) with users because there is no way to author this in Help Text.1 voteWe are currently working on an update that will enable users to add hyperlinks (and other Rich Text Formatting) within the Fields Help Text. Additionally, we will also increase the Help Text Character Count. This is slated for our January Release schedule.

Remove Character Limits on Help Text
We'd love to be able to remove the character limits for Help Text.. Currently, the help text limit is 120 characters, and most teams need more space than this to explain their ask.
1 voteWe are currently working on an update to the Help Text character count limit, and will be releasing this as part of our January Release schedule.
