Change the default value of Default Email Address setting
Emails sent from Sandbox environment should only use the domain "@commerce.insitesandbox.com" in From Address. Otherwise, emails will be blocked by the Email Service Provider (ESP) due to failing DMARC verification. The domain "@insitesoft.com" is NOT safe to be set as From Address.
The value "defaultemail@insitesoft.com" has been obsoleted since all Configured Commerce customers have moved to Mission Control. We need a new default value for the Default Email Address setting, something like "defaultemail@commerce.insitesandbox.com".

Thank you for raising this to our attention. We are reviewing this and agree that the default value should match current processes. While I cannot share specific timing we have added this to our backlog and will work to implement in an upcoming release.
