Improve the processing time of Restriction Group Rebuild step
I’m seeing only one CPU core was utilized during the execution of the job Rebuild Search Index. As a result the Restriction Group Rebuild step is very slow, even though there are less than 100 items.

Just to share more info here, on one of my projects the rebuild restriction groups step is taking 25-30 minutes each time. We have 52 restriction groups. Of those, about 13 are using rules for product visibility while the rest are generally direct product assignments ("specific product" type).
As I understand it, the calculation of the rules is generally what slows things down.
