Reject an Order
If a Buyer1 places an order, it kicks off to the Approver to approve the order.
What if the Approver wants to reject the order for some reason? There needs to be a way to reject and add comments.

We understand the importance of having a robust workflow that not only allows for approvals but also provides the flexibility to reject orders when necessary.
I'm pleased to inform you that we are currently working on enhancements to our order approval workflow, which will address this request. Here are some of the improvements that are in process:
- Order Editing and Communication Enhancements:
- Our new feature allows approvers and submitters to make edits to orders pending approval without having to reject and restart the order process. This includes adding, removing, or editing line items.
- The design we are proposing provides additional storefront messaging and activity log to ensure proper communication between the submitter and order approver regarding any changes made to the order.
- Proper status management will also put in place to ensure that only one user can make edits at a time, preventing conflicting changes.
- Rejection Path with Comments:
- We are considering implementing a rejection path that allows approvers to reject an order and provide comments. This will enable clear communication between the approver and submitter regarding the reasons for rejection and any suggested changes.
- Improved User Experience:
- Enhancements to the cart and order approval workflow will allow users to save changes and continue later, providing a more flexible and user-friendly experience.
