QPS metrics are needed for Search and Navigation
As a support engineer, customer or partner dev, I need to know the QPS of my site when a 429 occurs. This can help inform on the decision of whether to purchase a dedicated search and navigation cluster or whether to invest in development efforts to reduce the QPS.
