Folder/Organization System
I would like the ability to create folders within projects to organize our work. This would allow users to organize work by developer or by area of the site.

With a purely flat structure in opti, it's incredibly difficult to organize content. We currently have somewhere between 1600-1900 different flags and with no structural feature in place, this will be very difficult to manage as we migrate more features over to optimizely

It would help to mitigate the effects of flag/rule sprawl as well. We have hundreds of flags and it can be difficult to find what you are looking for. Also would help users group by space so you can see all associated flags/rules together.
