move the Optimizely resource button
I am a Strategy Consultant for ODP, and we show how to download reports and lists via CSV, but right now the popup in the bottom right covers the download button.

This is useful feedback, thank you! We're adding the ability to move the widget in question so it doesn't block you from using the rest of the UI.
