Feature Request: Include Mailing Name in ODP Event Data
We currently use Optimizely Campaign for our email marketing and Optimizely Data Platform (ODP) for event tracking and audience segmentation.
At present, only the Mailing ID is passed from Campaign to ODP. However, these IDs are not human-friendly, which makes it difficult to interpret data in User Profiles and Reports within ODP.
We would like to request the ability to also pass the Mailing Name alongside the Mailing ID. Including the Mailing Name would significantly improve usability by making it easier for teams to:
Quickly identify and understand which campaigns users have interacted with
Build more intuitive segments based on campaign engagement
Generate clearer, more actionable reports
This enhancement would greatly improve the transparency and efficiency of our marketing analytics workflows.

Thank you for the feedback! We're currently working on a solution to expose both the mailing id and name in the ODP UI (Profiles and Reports) and expect to deliver it shortly.

Currently we only pass the mailing ID’s to ODP which are not human friendly is it possible to also pass the Mailing NAME to ODP as this would be really helpful to surface in the User profiles and the Reports in ODP.
