Feature request: Updating reachability of members who have changed email address
Our customers will occasionally change their contact email address. When we update the data in the ODP, these customers will now have 2 or more email addresses on their profile. However, the old email address is still tagged as “reachable”. In order to reach customers on their new email addresses, we need to set the new email address as “reachable”. This is not done automatically, and it is not possible to do in the GUI. It can only be done through the API or by uploading a .csv-file with reachability events.

Real-time segments - where is being used
As an experimentation and personalization manager, I'd like the ability to see where all the real-time segments are being used. As we personalize more sections on our CMS or test in Web Experimentation, it will make things easier if I knew where these segments are being used so that we do not update them or accidentally change them.

Improve Error Visibility in Activity Logs in ODP
In ODP, it would be really helpful if the View Details section in Activity Logs showed more specific error information.
Right now, most failures surface as very generic messages like:
“An internal error occurred while processing…”
“An error occurred while rendering”
“Run failed to initialize because an error occurred”These don’t give enough context to understand what actually went wrong or where to start troubleshooting. Having clearer details, such as which step failed, an error code, or a short explanation of the cause, would make a big difference.
