When creating a widget there will be times I create a very specific flow and section that only aims to recommend a small subset of my content. If fallback or unpersonalized recommendations are needed, I want to also ensure the fallbacks only come from the same section.

To do so, I have to create a second version of the flow/section, which is just double effort.

Instead, I should be able to drag a single section into both personalized and unpersonalized
