  1. Add ability to mointor poor performing content

    I want to be able to see my poor performing content to further enrich the analysis of my content. I would like to be able to see content generating 0 (or very low) number of interactions, and I would like to also have Opal be able to query this data). This would help us identify outdated content, or content we need to cull from our website.
