Allow unsubscribe of selected recipient in recipient overview
Currently it is possible to unsubscribe multiple recipients via the cleanup feature. But it should be possible to do that for a single recipient in the overview directly.

Analyze active recipient base over multiple clients
As global marketing lead I want to know how many unique active recipients I have over all my markets / divisions.
For this I would like to see an evaluation summarizing my many mandators:
- unique active recipients
- aggregated active recipients
- with double opt in
- daily data
- historical data points to track my performance
- eg in my overhead / parent mandator

Version Control for transactional mailings
As a product owner I need to control, verify and possibly revert changes to mailings in my business operations workflows.
This should include:
- when a change was made and by which user, with a comment option to include internal ticket references etc.
- view option for previous versions
- a revert to VERSION option
Scope:
- it should cover mailings of type transactional
- it should cover confirmation messages

Google Lead Ads synchronization
We currently have FB lead ads feature and there are still customer requests for Google and Linkedin lead ads features. Currently due to the higher demand and potential, we'd like to develop the Google one first.

Automatically activate the transactional mails that are not yet "started"
Currently, the user has to activate the transactional mails by clicking "start" button for each individual mail, and if there are mails that haven't been activated, there will be a dialogue showing up to list out the to-dos before the MA campaign can be started (see screenshot)
As a marketing campaign manager, I want to be able to bulk starting(activating) the transactional mails.

See when someone unsubscribed in recipient history
As an email marketer, I want to be able to see when someone unsubscribed in the recipient history log and which email it was. Bonus points if we can resubscribe them in recipient history. We have B2B clients accidentally unsub and the process to resub them is horrible.

Support personalized date and time for animated Countdown Timer
It would be great when we could use the animated Countdown Timer gifs in emails with a personalized date and time for each individual recipient. By that it would be possible for example to inform the end user when his personal coupon will end or when his travel could start.

Show details like schedule or selected target group on preview graph of marketing automation
In the MA preview you can see the graph. But when you have an Advanced node as start node, you must click into the editor of the automation to read, when the automation is scheduled to run. This information and probably also other details of other nodes (like which target group is filtered on) would help to get a good understanding of the configuration details of such an automation.

Add "create copy" option to field functions
By having the option to create a copy of given field functions via a dedicated button, the risk of adding syntax errors when manually copy/paste exiting field functions gets reduced.

Optionally skip specific days of week in automations
When configuring the wait node in Marketing Automations, I want to be able to specify which days I want to skip sending messages.
Example:After selecting Saturday and Sunday, the wait node will not trigger messages to be sent on weekends and will instead pass the recipients to the next node on Monday.

Tracking-Opt-Out-Import-Self-Service
At the moment it is only possible for the customer to opt out from tracking for multiple recipients at once via API or CSV import via file server. Or each recipient must be individually opted out via the recipient history.
However, there are customers who cannot use our file server, do not host their own file server , and cannot use the API. A regular data exchange is therefore not automatically possible to opt-out big amounts of recipients.
It would be excellent for these customers if an import in the front end is possible by checking the box for TrackingOptOut.

Deep Analytics: group KPIs for transactional mailings based on send date instead of start date
As a Marketer I want to be able to group opens and clicks for transactional mails based on the sending date (in the defined reporting period) instead of the start date so that I get actual rates and unique KPIs by date resulting in a more accurate analysis of the KPIs over time.
Campaign's current solution does only allow to group based on a starting date. For transactional messages this results in two major disadvantages if you want to check the performance over time (by selecting grouping by date):

Real Rendered Previews
Currently the preview of mailings does not support a real rendered preview. To have a real rendered preview you have to use testmails. Prospects can't understand why Episerver Marketing Automation can't render it click or within the preview mode (HTML;Mobile. If you have placeholders or fieldfunctions within your preview they are not resolved.

Allow building target groups by defining a "during" time
Background: We currently have "before a certain date" and "after a certain date", however, when the user wants to define a timeframe between two dates/times, the current before/after options cannot fulfil this need. We also need relative days and times (e.g. From 14 days ago to 7 days ago)
A possible implementation can be seen in the attached mockup.
Story: As a Marketing Campaign Manager I want to segment users for triggering campaigns, based on a "during" radio button that triggers two empty fields to choose two time points.

It should be possible to test Marketing Automations with dry run mode
You can only test marketing automation by using short-term waiting nodes, but very complex concepts remain prone to errors because they are difficult to test.
A dry run mode would help creating more confidence that the set up Marketing Automation will work as expected.

Multi-lingual capability of Campaign
Integrating Campaign into multi-lingual projects has exposed the fact that it does not really have any multi-lingual capabilities. Yes, you can vary the text in the emails with a load of rules or swap out the email sent with target groups but it adds a big layer of complexity to every email sent.

Search function of email address across more than one client and deletion of recipient history
It would be good if there were a cross-client search function for email addresses in the frontend of campaign. Not only to search if the address exists, but also to see in which clients. If the search has found a hit, it should be possible to delete the recipient history from all existing or some clients. The search function should be dependent on the user rights and only display the clients to which the searcher has access. This function would save the support a lot of time and all deletion requests from customers can be invoiced.

Choose automatically best channel for communcation with recipient
In an omnichannel campaign (marketing automation it would be nice if the best fitting channel is chosen for communication. If we see quick response in Push channel for example while the user typically don't open emails, we should send him a push message instead of email.
There should be some kind of "AI based channel selection" for a user where multiple channel messages are configured on a message node and the one were the user will most likely react should be send to the recipient.5 votes -
