get recipients with bounce limit overflow via rest api
As a CRM developer, I would like to use the REST API to retrieve the recipients, that reached the bounce limit and are blocked from receiving emails, en bulk, so that I can clean up my CRM data. Analogue to unsubscribes and blocklist entries.
