We have the need on a regular basis to share multiple assets at a time to the Organization (all CMP users). The amount of assets each time can vary. Currently, we share an asset by clicking the thumbnail to open the right sidebar, then click Share, enter/select the Org user group, select View Only, then the Share button. This compounds in effort when doing multiple assets. If you select multiple assets, the Share function is no longer available.

We have done workaround where we add assets to a task that has full Organization level permissions and publishing from there. That is sort of cumbersome and tarnishes the asset usage history. We are also not heavy folder users and prefer to rely more on labels and tags to organize in the Home location.

Ideal functionality would allow us to select multiple assets and share all at once. A BONUS functionality may include a checkbox option task-level (similar to where we select what location to send the assets to) where we may add the Organization view permission upon publishing.
