Log the trigger actions for emails

In a partner solution provided the budget limit reach emails were triggered from random previous months and there was no way to trace how and when were they triggered. This has created a chaos for the client to answer back their customers.

    I think this was addressed in April release - "Added logging when Retry All Undelivered Emails or Retry Individual Email are triggered to capture date, username, and email type (for individual email) in the Audit Log."
