Re-Activation Account Email Job

The feature would be a Job Postprocessor that would allow a customer to automatically send out account activation reminders for accounts with the email status of EmailNotSent. The job would require very little configuration on the end users part and could benefits sales.

Running this job could drive more traffic to the site since it would entice customers to come back to the site and activate their account which could lead them to browse the products on the site.

This job would also solve the use case of having the ability to easily send out a large number of activation emails to accounts that were newly created.
