Comment on Tasks from Board View

Allowing users to comment on task directly from the board view would save a ton of time during daily standups. Right now, we have to click into each card and open the related object in order to make a comment.

Edit Link dialog - swap order of fields

There are hard-coded input fields in the Edit Link dialog that should swap positions. Link Title should precede Link Name/Text.
