Show helptext/description attribute on PropertyList editor

As an editor I would like to see the help text / description when I create or edit a custom class in a PropertyList.

If you have a property in a block or on a page that is a PropertyList with a custom class there is no help text shown next to the properties in edit view for items in the list.

You can add a [Display(Name="Something", Description="Something else"] to a property in a custom class but the description is not shown. This needs to change.
