Limit what types of templates can be applied to certain pages
Not all templates available in Web Exp and Personalization make sense to be able to apply on all pages. i.e. something like an shipping banner in a shopping cart, shouldn't be used (and shown) on the homepage. Add the ability to limit what templates are supported on different page types.
