Activation against cohorts created in OA
Pre-sales SA here. We're hearing from new prospects and existing customer that they would like to be able to activate against cohorts created in OA. And it makes sense, right? With OA I can easily identify friction points in a journey, and create a cohort of the affected users, but then what? I probably want to test something at that specific moment in their journey, so how do I build the audience?
There are several paths this solution could take (ODP? Direct integrations?), at this point we can be confident that it will keep coming up.

Sun Country airlines (existing experimentation customer, $97k ARR) just said, "we would jump in as soon as you build this capability" i.e. the ability to activate against cohorts built in OA.
