Description: Hi,
We are currently working through migrating assets into the CMP and yesterday we uploaded some that had personal data in them (and hadn't been redacted as per our process. We deleted the content out of the workflow as soon as we noticed TSK-730, but when we were doing QC on the assets today we realised they were still accessible.
As an example - GUID 9f39ddde5ed911ef92a77632602b8a6b is still there and we can search it and see it.
You'll see it's no longer associated to the task/workflow. Are we missing a step to delete content before it's promoted to the Library?
