Description: Hello,
I'm submitting this feedback for Manne to try and help push along what I think is a great idea!
His idea is for using AI/automation more when creating the steps we have built in our workflows.
Once you have added a person or group, it also adds in a shortlist when adding on the other steps. And also suggests date and time for each step based on earlier tasks and what start date and end date you have for the task.
The automation could cut down on the time spent assigning people and dates on a step-by-step basis (since we're not able to multi-select by programming for example: If I put a person on the workflow "[B+C+V Team] Graphic or Graphic Template..." on step 3 (Graphic/Graphic Template: Design First Draft + Add Working File Location. It is likely that the same person should be on step 6 and 7.
Manne's proposal is that you can have "suggestions" activated and it directly puts that same person on the other steps with a message if you want Mishee on step 6 and 7 as well, and approve or reject.
