Save Opt In Data from accidental deletion in recipient upload in UI
Campaign Admin, who wants to exclude Campaign users from data deletion, while users can still manage regular recipients lists

It would be very helpful if
- the selected recipient list is always prominently shown
- a summary page with explicit confirm button, recipient list and import option is shown, before action.It is relevant because the DOI stamps are lost in case of Opt-in-lists and cannot be restored.
