  1. In an omnichannel campaign (marketing automation it would be nice if the best fitting channel is chosen for communication. If we see quick response in Push channel for example while the user typically don't open emails, we should send him a push message instead of email.
    There should be some kind of "AI based channel selection" for a user where multiple channel messages are configured on a message node and the one were the user will most likely react should be send to the recipient.

  2. A customer has the chance to filter and see scheduled, running, finished or incomplete campaigns from the Activity Overview feature.

    Customers request from time to time to have a calender view on the campaign plan.

    Solutions could look like:

    • rendering calender view in campaign
    • exporting calender file to outlook, ios, google (relevant format support
    • provide calender feed the customer can subscribe to *This will be included into the project Alexandria
