  1. REST API support needed for Default Values to get/set default values for Content Types fields

    Currently ContentType REST API does not support get/set for ContentType fields.

    For example: I have a content type with a TextField, have set default value for it in the CMS. However, there is no way to get/set it via REST API, which makes it impossible to deploy the contenttype with default values to other environments using the CLI

  3. CTAs are not removable when prompting external link or email

    When a user:

    Configures a CTA to link to an email address (mailto:) or external link

    Saves and publishes the item/component

    Returns later to edit the same item

    …the user is unable to remove the optional CTA/link afterward.

    This creates a blocking editing issue where previously configured optional email links become effectively permanent unless overwritten with another value.

  4. editing our website is not intuitive and the button symbols are so rarely intuitive with their functions

    I manage our website and we just switched over to Optimizely. It is FAR better than our old system! However, editing our website is not intuitive and the button symbols are so rarely intuitive with their functions. Minimally when you hover over a button it should tell you what it's function is, please!

  5. Ability to Pick Nested Property for Header in Block List Properties

    When enabling the "List" option for a "block" property type, adding blocks to an actual instance of my item only shows the name of the block type in the list and it is impossible to differentiate each item without opening them all (see attached screenshot). In the non-SaaS version of the CMS I see there is a way in code to set a nested property as the item header using ListItemHeaderProperty as described here https://docs.developers.optimizely.com/content-management-system/docs/property-value-list

    Please enable the ability to select a nested property as the header in SaaS CMS, either via the API or the UI for defining content…
