Visitor Groups / Personalization settings and Access Rights

I want to define visitor Groups & personalization settings per brand and define which users are authorized to access this (set access rights). Only users who are authorized can see the visitor groups and personalization settings.

Warn of visitor group usage before deletion

Please add a warning before the deltion of a visitor group so that our content managers don't delete a group that is in use. Actually, the UI should show a overview of where each vistor group is used.
