   We plan on releasing a suite of Opal tools to improve the CR onboarding and maintenance experience. One Opal tool would be dedicated to management of flows, so we will keep this "duplicate a flow" use case in mind.

   We are building a new resource management module that will display team members' outages in a calendar view—this will allow more visibility when allocating work.

   
   

   After the new module is launched, it is on our very long term roadmap to explore integrations with email/calendar and HR systems.

   We are currently exploring a solution that would allow team managers to provide qualitative estimates (e.g. Story Points, T-Shirt Sizes) to steps. TBD if we will also allow these estimates in Work Request forms.
