Allow UIHint.CatalogContent for ContentArea

We have need to allow multiple catalog items to be added to a contentarea and the picker does not allow this. There are workarounds but this seems like it would be core functionality.

No Bid and Lead Time option for RFQ

The Sales Quote feature should have an option to No Bid a line. For items that are quoted, there should be a field for lead time as the lead time will likely change in an RFQ scenario.
