Alert when a product reaches or falls below minimum inventory threshold (VMI)

When using VMI, it would be helpful to have an alert email sent out when a product hits or falls below the defined minimum inventory value.

The email could also include a summary of products that are at or below minimum.

This would help with efficiencies when performing inventory checks, i.e. the auditor would know which products to check/order.

It would be even better if there were a setting that could be controlled to define the level of tolerance, if set to 5, the alert would be sent if/when there are 5 products left before the minimum value is hit.
