Field Groups missing functionalty

Hello - recently you introduced the idea of field groups. Conceptually I like this feature. BUT, it is currently only available to add to an asset. With all the field inheritance, it would be really great if I could add a group of fields on a task, and then all those fields would trickle down to any assets on the task.

    Great idea, as I do not have any votes left (why limitation of votes?). We can also see the need to group fields on a task AND campaigns to better create calendar views. Example: we have many 'Linkedin' channel fields depending on market but would like a view including all 'Linkedin' channels

    Great suggestion! Yes, we added to assets first and will be evaluating future implementations of this. We are hoping to have taxonomy hierarchy or contextual fields next.
