Include a "Add filters" option in the request module + search option

We would like to have the ability to get the “add filters” option in the request module, which would be identical to the Plan module together with the search options for labels.

Default to Grid View on Content Tab

We would like to default the grid view instead of the detail view within the content tab. This will improve the layout of thumbnail image, its readability and most importantly the status of asset approval (pending changes, approved etc.)
