Ability to add order notes in the cart detail page

It would be helpful if the Customer Agents could add additional notes at the cart level when they are building a customer's cart. This would need to be saved in the PO.

Support Authorization Code flow

We would like Optimizely to support Authorization Code Flow, and to support the use of the platform as an Identity Provider, so it can be included in regression testing. Currently, this is not included in release regression testing.

Logo/Icon for Documents

Instead of the current default icon used for documents (a paper with an exclamation), there should be the option to add an icon or have it automatically generate based on the file type - like a PDF icon for PDF documents.

Customer Specific List Setting

when a user has customer which you assigned to the list then this user can see the list regardless of what customer is selected by the user. It should only be visible for the selected customer.

Allow users to hide or filter out expired campaigns from the list of all campaigns
