Logo/Icon for Documents

Instead of the current default icon used for documents (a paper with an exclamation), there should be the option to add an icon or have it automatically generate based on the file type - like a PDF icon for PDF documents.

    We looked into this and found an issue with the incorrect icon displaying for externally hosted assets. We have a ticket in our backlog to get this fixed.. We are still investigating an enhancement to display a document preview, but that would be outside the scope of the work to prevent the warning/exclamation icon from displaying for documents.

    We are looking into displaying a generated preview for supported document types like pdfs. This will be part of a broader initiative to make a number of usability enhancements to our digital asset management capabilities planned for 2023. I will also look into updating the icons for any place where we cannot display a preview.

    Another great suggestion. The current image looks like there is an error with the document.
