    We had an experience that showed how risky it is when that option isn’t available, especially when important campaigns are at stake and can be deleted by mistake. Optimizely support spent days to get the campaign back in the planning area. Not ideal and a lot of time from everyone involved.

    For central teams that are actioning requests, workload allocation is detrimental and for this reason having the requester field enabled to be picked up from the dashboards cards is a must - it is more important then who submitted a request.
