Thank you for raising this feedback. We continue to develop our CMS x DAM integration and absolutely recognise the need for renditions in CMS. This is something we plan to bring to the product in the near future.

All types to fields need to be configurable as read only, and sometimes rich_text fields are used for URLs dropdowns and labels for filterability and text fields for simple references.
