Michael Max wants this escalated. This is causing business impact, including the need for manual intervention and the effect on a major customer (Walmart). He specifically wanted me to add the following to this request also, even though its already in the request in a way "We need the ability to configure the specific day of week, time, and optionally the day of month, similar to Outlook style recurrence options. "

The customer is really pushing for an update on this and the need for better visibility into suppressed emails so support teams do not need to rely on manual ticketing
