   Optimizely please try to include this for PaaS CMS too as there are many instance were author face this issue on existing PaaS sites.

   The above request is for Ilist<BlockType> where PropertyList is being used. just like ContentArea the author can't reorder blocks, contentlinks etc. The enablement of drag & drop/reorder will help authors. Thnx!
