Feature Flag Lifecylcle Analytics

Images do not have an AltText property as standard. This means that the AltText has to be specified when adding an image via the WYSWYG editor

As a Developer, I would like a standard 'AltText' property to be added to Image Media. This property should be localisable and used by default when an image is added via the XHTML editor.
