Stack Additional Content Formats as Drafts

We can stack document types as drafts in the content space today (PDF, WordDoc, etc.), but we want to also be able to stack things like URL-type content, text editor, documents, images, etc.

Drag-and-Drop Rows in Board View

In addition to re-ordering the columns in the board view, we'd like to be able to do the same with rows/groupings. We like to group by campaign, and dragging important campaigns to the top would make it easier to find what you're looking for quickly.
