Increase help text visibility

As a Digital Marketing Manager, I've observed that CMS editors often neglect help texts. To enhance visibility and address this issue, I believe implementing an option to display these help texts immediately would significantly improve the situation.

Support to edit link name in Insert/Edit link dialogue TinyMCE

Editor can only change the link title through the dialogue, however most of the editors would like to change the name instead as it is the actual content displaying to customers. there is no easy way to change the link name without going to source...

RMA Destination Email

Currently you can only have one email address for the RMA Destination Email. We have 28 locations. It would be nice if you could build rules saying depending on which branch the customer selects, the email then goes to that branches email address....

Notifications options are too complex for casual users

Users give up on configuring the complex notifications options, then ignore the too-frequent pings from the tool as they are notified at the same level for both critical and non-critical updates.

CMS 12 accessibility

My customer, Animal Friends, would like to see less white space in the interface of the CMS to support with accessibility. At the moment they feel that the white backgrounds provide no sense of visual hierarchy for the various elements on the page...

Drop content box arrow

My customer, Animal Friends, has pointed out that the 'Dop Content' box arrow points up instead of down. This does not seem logical from a UX perspective.
