No Bid and Lead Time option for RFQ

The Sales Quote feature should have an option to No Bid a line. For items that are quoted, there should be a field for lead time as the lead time will likely change in an RFQ scenario.

Customize Wastebasket for MultiSite

We would want the possibility to filter items in Wastebasket by site, so editors across sites are not able to see content in Wastebasket which they do not have rights for.

Notify of Task Ownership Change

While the default task owner is the task creator, we often update the owner to reflect the project manager on the task. It would be great if, as the PM, I could get a notification when someone assigns me task ownership just like step ownership.
