Shared Blocks no longer showing UI hint that block is "Shared"

I've noticed that blocks that are "shared" and coming from a folder no longer show that they are shared in the UI. EPiServer.Cms.Shell.UI: Version 12.24.0.0 This appears to be happening on multiple projects running CMS 12. See attached.
