Allows displaying meta fields in single column layout

Meta fields on contacts, orders or organization are displayed with two columns layout. Sometimes this makes the UI cramped and difficult to navigate. Request the feature to allow displaying fields in a single column like the previous Commerce 13.

Support for JSON scalar type for XhtmlString field in OptiGraph

We would want to have support for JSON scalar type for XhtmlString fields in OptiGraph. The format is already use in the CD API (check the image attached). In OptiGraph response the XhtmlString appears now just in one JSON string.
