   We are currently exploring a solution that would allow team managers to provide qualitative estimates (e.g. Story Points, T-Shirt Sizes) to steps. TBD if we will also allow these estimates in Work Request forms.

   Agree with this. Particularly when tasks are part of an agile project framework
