    Thanks for the feedback. The current behavior, removing trailing spaces was intentionally implemented to ensure consistent matching with existing values. We don't plan to revert this, but we agree the error messaging could be improved. We'll explore ways to make the validation errors more informative to help users troubleshoot more easily.
