An error occurred while saving the comment While we currently allow filtering by Role we understand that having "Role" as a column for the display in the UI might also be helpful. We have a couple of questions that we would appreciate feedback on:
1. Do you require seeing 'all' assigned users within the UI, or if we only showed the first X number would that still be helpful?
2. Can these columns be non-sortable or is there a requirement to also be able to 'sort' on these columns within the table? An error occurred while saving the comment Thank you for submitting this request!
I believe that this already exists and can be found by following these steps within the admin console. The values themselves will be comma delimited if multiple roles or customers are assigned within their respective field:
1. Go to Administration -> Users -> Website Users
2. Click 'Download' icon above the table on the action menu
3. Select if desired "Website Users to Export"
4. Select Columns for "Roles" and "Customers" from the right column of additional column options along with any other columns that you wish to include
5. Click Export -

Thank you for submitting this request! Our team is currently reviewing if and how we may implement this feature, particularly with consideration of our wide client base. We will provide an update once we have completed this investigation.
An error occurred while saving the comment Thank you for submitting this request! While we provide some reCAPTCHA settings pertaining to areas of the website where emails are often generated, we do not yet offer this upon accessing the website, initiating an order, or entering credit card information. This should be customizable by partners at the project level today but is not currently on our short term roadmap.
We have added this item to our backlog for future base consideration and prioritization.

An error occurred while saving the comment We currently have a setting within Administration-> Settings -> Order Management -> "Show Restricted Product Images"
This should allow the images to show on the Order History Page, are you asking that this be extended to other page(s) such as "Order Status" or does enabling this setting resolve this request?

An error occurred while saving the comment As we have been reviewing this it has been determined that the GUID will only show in cases where the approver is no longer valid. Once an assigned user-approver becomes no longer valid it is show in GUID form on the UI. This can happen if an approver is no longer assigned to the same customer as the user for which the buyer is assigned to, or when an approver's role is changed to not be eligible for approval.
We are still reviewing this as enhancement to still show the readable/name along with displaying a warning/error advising on the UI to visually display that the approver is no longer valid (to signal that a new approver should be assigned)

Currently details regarding the abandoned cart email can be found within the Administration -> Jobs section of the admin console - https://support.optimizely.com/hc/en-us/articles/4413191765005-Send-abandoned-cart-email-reminders
1. Go to Administration > Jobs > Job Definitions in the Admin Console.
2. Search for the job name 'Send Abandoned Cart Emails'.
3. Click Edit to view or edit job details. At the end of the job, the post-processor will log the number of emails created during each run. This lets you monitor whether emails are being sent or not, as indicated by your settings.

Are there any current customers requesting this ability as this request was submitted quite some time ago?
How many hours are being spent manually updating customer user information in this way within the UI and can you provide more details on what data is bein edited?
