ReCAPTCHA - Not usable on multiple forms on the same page

ReCAPTCHA does not allow for multiple forms on the same page. Technically this should be possible and is supported by ReCAPTCHA. The limitation is driven by the matt-block/react-recaptcha-v2 library only returns the first ReCAPTCHA result preventing access to additional responses.
Having a contact form in the footer is becoming a popular design pattern in B2B as more and more companies catch on to the potential email marketing can have on their reach. Having ReCAPTCHA in the footer prevents the use of this feature on any other location on the page.

Being that this will be necessary as more of our customers leverage side panel overlays which we have now also released we were able to complete this as part of the September release. https://support.optimizely.com/hc/en-us/articles/19706710537741-September-2023-Release
